Step 1:Review the Quick Start Guide which has everything you need to know to create your yearbook. You can also check out the Yearbooks Program Guide to learn about the great options we have like hard covers, year-in-review inserts and custom printed personalized covers! Step 2:Download your Yearbooks! Desktop 2010 software and follow the included Quickstart Guide to get started creating your book.
Step 4: Choose from our beautiful stock covers in our Covers Guide or create your own Custom Cover. For more infomation see our Covers Section. Your cover submission is due by January 22, 2010. When you are ready to submit your cover simply click on Submit Cover.
Step 5: Design your Yearbook! Please take a look at our How To Videos (available 24 hours a day), download our Yearbook Design Guide or sign up for an Online Training Class. Also don't forget to visit our Support Area for lots of great yearbook making resources. (Your student and group images CD will be sent to the school about 2 weeks after retake day.)
Step 6:Finalize your Yearbook pages.Simply click the “Finalize” button in Yearbooks! 2010 and follow the instructions in the Quick Start guide. Step 7:Upload your completed yearbook and confirm order details.
Step 8:We will send you a Final Proof and Invoice for your review in about two weeks.
Step 9:Your proof approval and payment must be received within 1 week to ensure on time delivery.Late proof approvals will cause yearbooks to be delivered after the end of the school year.
Step 10:Your yearbooks will be delivered about 6 weeks after proof approval.(Please add 3 more weeks for hard cover upgrades).Enjoy!
